I have been to this Taco Bell since it has opened. It has definitely had it's downs. Lately when my family and I have been ordering dinner here, its been alot better. Food, speed, accuracy, and customer service. Tom, especially, was very nice to us during our last visit. Its so refreshing to see a smile in a restaurant nowadays.
If there is one employee that needs to be praised - hands down it’s Shekeira (I probably spelled that wrong, whoooops) from the moment she greeted me at the DT speaker, she made me feel welcomed, which isn’t the norm for this location. She is polite, thorough, & even put sauces in our bags lol. Please, do whatever necessary to keep her around - & hire more like her. She sets the standard of customer service at this location.
Put in an online order, waited for 45 for an in-store pick up. Several people who ordered after me got their food and left. When I finally did get my food, they didn't have my drinks anymore. Tried a couple of times to ask for help but the workers were too busy.

Taco Bell is a decent eatery with variable service. While some reviewers have experienced poor service, including long wait times and unprofessional behavior from staff, others have reported pleasant experiences. The food can be phenomenal, with orders fulfilled accurately. Vegetarian options are limited. Parking is somewhat scarce, but manageable, though some find the parking lot good. The restaurant is wheelchair-accessible, with parking and a nice ramp for accessible entry. The atmosphere is kid-friendly, with fun food options. Some mornings, the system isn’t up yet, causing delays. The drive-thru can be slow, with long waits for food delivery. The place is nice and clean, and orders are often correct. Great for a quick bite, just not in the mornings.
