The staff is made up of clueless high schoolers, they always mess up my order even with explicit orders, and the food isn’t as good as it used to be. Unseasoned fries, stale chicken, horrible boneless wings, which i didn’t order but they gave me those instead of the traditional wings i ordered. All of this is coming from a guy who only gets fast food once in a while. I know this place has potential, but maybe start with employing adults instead of struggling high schoolers.

Went inside and was given quick and efficient service. However, I had ordered an extra cup of wimpy sauce instead of the ranch that comes with Buffalo Wing Meal. The front counter cashier rung me up the right way but I was still given the ranch instead of wimpy. Mistakes happen but it really sucked since there was hardly any wimpy sauce on the wings themselves. The staff was friendly, mistakes happen, regardless I will be back.

Ordered Big Snax combo in the middle of lunch rush. Had to pull up and wait for it to be brought out. When received no Ranch, tongue torch, napkins etc. Paid extra and nothing.

Show up at 7:45pm and the doors are locked. Drive through
Disorganized. I ordered through the drivethru was told to pull ahead. After waiting ten minutes a girl brought the food. I informed her that she forgot my drink. She didn't come back. I had to go in to get it. I got back to work and realized that a whole meal was missing. While waiting for that meal 3 other pple were waiting for their order to be fixed. An employee was making his food on the front counter with his bare hands. I'm not sure if he does that in the back too.Parking: Parking is TERRIBLE

Tried the new philly chicken sandwich. It was good, but we requested it fresh and had to send back to be remade because they didn't drop it fresh. This is a really good sandwich, but it has to be fresh. The cashier didn't put it on the ticket even though I asked to make it fresh, so I can't blame the kitchen for that. The loaded fries are great also, but you have to get it fresh with extra seasoning. Food is expensive these days so you want what you pay for to be to your liking. I'm sure even these workers want freshly made food when they eat from this and other establishments.
