Went through the drive-thru, which had about six cars in it and two different Lanes. When I finally got up to place my order, the guy that took it didn't seem to be familiar with the menu. Questioned basically everything I ordered and still managed to get it wrong by the time I got to the pay window. its mcdonalds so you already know what kind of food you are getting. customer service is usually fantastic. nice. engaging. even offered me free fries a time or two. when dding they usually have the food ready and waiting. longest ive waited for food when dding is almost 10 minutes during peak hours.
