I am so disappointed right now. I ordered on waitr, and got the nuggets which i usually get when going to the mall. my order took over an hour to arrive but processed as soon as I confirmed my order. The nuggets also were not cut up.
Who doesn't love Auntie Ann's pretzels? This particular location never seems to have many items on the menu prepared and available. They will make it for you if you want to wait 8-10 minutes. This is contradictory to the idea of a quick place in the mall if you have to wait to get anything other than a plain pretzel. The young man who helped us was very nice, but the other staff were just standing around not really doing anything. The employee who made our pretzel seemed annoyed...read full review

This is a good place to get fresh tasty pretzels when shopping at the mall. It can be very popular so you may have to wait in line before getting your pretzel items. I like regular pretzels and little hot dogs wrapped in pretzels. Staff is nice and clean and efficient here.
