Thank you, Bop’s! From the moment I pulled up, the ladies greeted me with a warm “How are you doing?” before even taking my order. The customer service is truly top tier. My brownie was warm, the custard and the toppings was perfect, and honestly it was so good I’m sitting in the parking lot enjoying every bite. It felt like they said, “Bless her with the toppings—she needs this today.”

If you like sweet treats with a side of “teenage attitude “ We visited this location twice while staying at the hotel across the street. On Friday night, the young lady with the snake bite piercings was very friendly, which made me want to return the next night.
However, our experience on Saturday night around 10 PM was very different. The staff member with a ponytail and curly bun had the worst attitude I have ever experienced, was not welcoming, and borderline rude....read full review
