Worse experience ever!!! I ordered food through the drive thru and paid at the window, then I was asked to pull around where there were 2 other cars waiting. After 35 minutes still no food!!!! They were inside playing around so I left without food or a refund. I will be calling their corp office first thing Monday morning!

BK is a fine place to eat. I like their food. Unfortunately, they are one of those companies that will let you order, and pay for, items that are not available through their app. They will then refuse to refund your money. The best they will do is offer you a substitute.Again, if you order something that is not available, you will not get your money back.

They have went down hill. I don’t kno who the new manager is but she SUCKS. Why are u telling people to pull up and soon as the pay? Like they never used to do that but as soon as u pay they makin u pull up. U can be the ONLY person in the drive thru…”PULL UP” u can only get a small fry “pull up” and then they have attitudes. This is my LAST time doing business with Burger King.The employees don’t even wear uniforms.Customer service is trash! Like I don’t recommend my worst person to go here for food.PLEASE get a new manager and I’ll will be back.Sincerely a TRUE loyal customer.Parking: Open car lot but inside isn’t always open

This used to be my favorite BK, but the staff has gone downhill fast. The night time staff is wonderful, but the lunch crew is very rude (except one guy.) Almost every order we get is wrong, and the staff gives us an attitude when I politely ask them to correct it. They also rush you through the drive through and have you wait on the side of the building for 15 minutes despite ordering a simple whopper combo, if your order is wrong you have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for them to fix it or go back through the drive through and PRAY they get it right this time. Go to this location after 9pm, the night staff is flawless, but I have to give a negative review for how rude the day staff is. Oh and they never salt their fries anymore, so its just insult to injury when we finally get home to eat our wrong meals.

First of all the manager came out of nowhere to take my order while it was already being taken and she didn’t ask me what I wanted on the croissants so reminder her after and then she says I should’ve told her that instead of just saying ok we can do that like you here I should have to tell you should’ve
Finally, a hot hamburger is the best one I've had from Burger King in a long time ⌛️. Great job. Hot ? food.
