This used to be my favorite BK, but the staff has gone downhill fast. The night time staff is wonderful, but the lunch crew is very rude (except one guy.) Almost every order we get is wrong, and the staff gives us an attitude when I politely ask them to correct it. They also rush you through the drive through and have you wait on the side of the building for 15 minutes despite ordering a simple whopper combo, if your order is wrong you have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes...read full review

We had a slightly odd experience at this Burger King - maybe they were just slammed and really short staffed - I don’t know - it didn’t really seem that way - but the whole place was really backed up - I mean it took FOREVER - to get our food - I mean FOREVER, BUT - when we finally did get our food - it was EXCELLENT!!! Probably some of the best Burger Food I’ve ever had - so really - I’m giving them a big thumbs up for doing a good job. But it was slow!

Looked like a management failure on 30 Sep around 230-315. The front counter was ignored and drove thru was the focus per manager instructions. After waiting at the counter for a long time, I went through the drive through and then went inside. I actually went in to cancel my order but Ms. Kaliegha (sp?) and Sam said they'd knock out my order. All but one pre-order left from inside due to no action on the counter.
