Cafeterias in Mobile, AL

“When I was a little girl, anytime I got to go to Morrison's cafeteria, it was a special treat! Now as a senior citizen and living on very limited income, it is still a special treat. As I was leaving my doctor's office this afternoon I was close to Morrison's and thought I would treat my son who was coming over to fix my sink and myself to a homestead Morrison's meal. I went to the take out store and got 2 meals, each with one entree and 2 sides and a roll, and I got a side of okra and cobbler for my son. I figure he deserved it. After my tip, I spent over $40! I was splurging! When I got home and opened the containers I very disappointed that there wasn't a single roll in the bag!! To me a big Ole yeast roll makes the meal! How am I supposed to stop up my gravy? Finally got them to answer the phone. They said I could come back and get them. Really? I live 20 minutes away, it is 4:30 traffic and storming like crazy! I realize people make mistakes but they should have offered a replacement meal the next time I was out that way. Very disappointed 8ndeed.“
