I stopped by today 09/12/2025 around 5:30 pm after work. This place has a great reputation, and overall the service was okay. One thing I did notice was that the cashier handled the cash drawer and then took our order without washing her hands or using gloves. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did stand out. Customer service was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Wonderful local ice creamery that makes ALL their own ice cream and flavors!! We especially loved the Lavender and Honey ice cream and the Lime Sorbet. SOO refreshing on a hot and humid Alabama summer day!!!!

We come to Old Dutch a few times a month and they’re the cutest nostalgic ice cream shop and they heats fine you more than what you ask for!!! Great family environment , firstly customer service and always clean! Biscoff, Strawberry cheesecake and pecan praline are our go to flavors!!! Best ice cream in town!!!
