I had a work emergency and wasn’t able to pick up my food on time. David and Dacia remade the order for me without asking and I was fully prepared to eat a soggy wet chicken nuggie and Mac and cheese because it was my fault. I then was going to give them a tip which they refused and told they truly just enjoy being there for the customer and making them happy. I was having a bad day at work and my experience at chick fil a turned my whole day around. Thank you David and Dacia!

The worst chic fil a in Mobile! I only stopped there because I was too hungry to drive to dauphin st. They never have friendly service, have to wait on food,, and they’re the only chic fil a who charges for a cup of ice , after buying food! Yes I’m pissed because I hate this location

Im not happy with the extreme thievery that transpired at the Royal street location, the cashier didn't pass me back my debit card back after the transaction. I called the manager to tell her what happen and she said no one turned in a debit card and didn't have the courtesy to take my name down or number just said your number is on the caller id and I called corporate to make them aware of situation that happened on 9-16-2024 in Mobile, Alabama.

It’s fresh and really good had to wait a minute for fresh strips and they gave us a cookie for the wait.
We always stop at CFA on road trips. This store is nothing like all others. Waited in line 10 mins due to employee's having their personal conversation before we could order. Chicken bowl came with 2 little pieces of chicken and burnt egg pieces. Very stingy feeling with our entire order. Friendly once we got their attention but customer focus is not priority

Waited at window for a good 7 minutes. Then to be told that they didn’t have the produce to make the wraps we ordered but then gave options of a salad… hmmmm. I didn’t argue because I’m not that person. So I’ll be a keyboard warrior. Just like … whaaaaaat?!

I made a mobile order and it was ready very fast. The inside was extremely clean and had many different seating options. Super great location.

Extremely slow, serves old, cold, food. One day they remade my sandwich 3 times gave it to me bad twice then the manager brought a hot fresh one to me and when I tried to inform her that that one too was bad but I was tired of requesting redos she said no I can’t give it to you and then changed her mind so after three tries finally got some descent food. Customer service non existent, not In tune with the chic fil a brand. Because of this store this food receives a -12 from me but I’m just one disgruntled customer not angry just blowed that they operate in such mediocrity after chic-fil-a fought to build unmatched customer service and inflation is too bad for me to allow them to ride after paying gas money for a meal and they gave me yesterday’s garbage shame on this store. Retrain or replace.
