Our waitress Jennifer was very polite,and knowledgeable. This was me and my wife's 12th year anniversary,and we'd never been to The Trellis Room. A place to go for great music, obviously the hustle and bustle of New Orleans is vibrant here but a lot less foot traffic in its location. Shawn the bartender was exceptional as well as the bands.

Everything about our experience was top notch except for our server. She seemed a bit inexperienced. She had to check with the kitchen about substitutes for pasta and when I asked her if there were substitutes she acted a little unsure and asked me to clarify if I didn't want pasta.
