Horrible customer service, rude employees, I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order because they only had 1 register open during lunch time? The place was empty!!! I wonder why...never coming back here!
Drive thru was very busy but that’s normal at 12. Walked inside, 1 min wait to order, 2 min wait for food and I was back out. Food is good, hot and fresh. Customer Service was also great. They smiled and were very nice.

I love Chick-fil-A they have the BEST customer service there is, customer thank you, employee my pleasure ?? I also love and appreciate that you can order online and it tells you if something is recalled, has a storage or if you changed something we as rewards members appreciate. Now if everyone that comes to the Royal St location to PLEASE place your order online, this way the line will continue to move and you can place as many orders as you want and they will get it just like the person order this especially hood when you’re picking up for coworkers! And if Chick-fil-A can’t ask you to order ahead, I will do it for them: PLEASE order ahead this way the line will continue to move and I can get my order but if Susan up front and placed her order at the speaker now I have to wait on Susan to place her order and it may be her first time and that’s cutting into the congestion in the already downtown area.Parking: It’s parking in the drive thru, but it’s the thing getting out your car to walk through what may be rush hour. Unless you work close to location I would say walk. And your car must be nose in as they say ??

We went when they weren't really busy on the inside but of course, drive thru never stops. I love the location and decor of this location! The food is always fresh and delicious. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is the staff seems to be lacking that gold star customer service that raised the standard for the entire service industry.Wheelchair accessibility: The pics I've uploaded will show that this location is very spacious and easy to navigate with a wheelchair.

Fairly standard Chick-fil-A. Convenient location within walking distance of our hotel, and a convenient drive-thru. Took a minute for the cashier to take my order while he was cleaning the counter, but the line was empty and I wasn't in a hurry, so no issue.
