missing sauce for my biscuit and only remedy he said he could do was for me to come back and get them. Second time with no sauces. I asked to replace biscuit another day with sauce and he said it was their policy to only replace if food item was missing. Hello? isnt sauce a food? and they got the order wrong so they should care about making it up to me. A spicy biscuit without the sauce is not good. CS is dead at this location.
While traveling with my daughter we stopped by and took food to go. We both got the nuggets, they were dry and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The old nuggets served made my daughter so sick. It always fun to be on a road trip having to constantly pull over to vomit.
The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve waited in line for 30 minutes. Definitely has gone downhill even on customer service.
