I believe the woman I spoke to on the phone said her name was Jacinta, but I apologize if I’m wrong. I called twice because I was having issues with a doordash order and I needed to make a change to my order as well. She was SO helpful and very kind!! I know fast food can be stressful and I don’t usually see that type of energy at fast food places due to them being overworked and tired. But she was so nice!! Thank you! :)
One of the best offerings at this chain restaurant is the grilled chicken pieces and a frothy lemonade. Not everything has to have bread! You can get 8 or 12 of the grilled chicken nuggets and two sauces. I had the honey mustard and the bbq. The service is good. As this is a mall store, there isn't much atmosphere if you eat inside. But it is near the mall food court that has seating. Always a good place for people watching.
Great chicken sandwich. My goto for consistent quality food. This location is in the mall and service and atmosphere lacking. Will be back but at brick and mortar store. As a plus they are closed on Sunday. Not many businesses today would give up 15% (1 day out of 7) of their revenue to give everyone a break.
