They were doing a 45 minute delay in seating with a lot of empty Tables . Girl at stand had attitude . The whole place after being to many other Dave and Busters is a failure . When somewhere is mismanaged from the start it will stay in trouble till a full management rotation happens . Sorry to review this way as I have always gave D&B great reviews this one is sad .
Waited 15 minutes and had no service. Walked out hungry and angry.
I understand being busy on a Saturday night after Valentines Day, don't get me wrong but our party of 5 waiting 1.5 hours for a table to open up...okay, no problem...then once we finally get seated. We sit at the table for 30 mins and a server never looked in our direction. Never even gave a drink order. We left and went to Texas Roadhouse. D&B won't get anymore of my money.
