We have been to this locations several times since it opened and we have always had a wonderful time. However, this time in particular our waitress was so RUDE, and never refilled any of our drinks, and when we asked for a refill, we were told we couldn’t get refills because they don’t do to go cups??? Overall, we will come back, but very disappointed in the service today.
Had a good time. Nachos were really good. Found out I can swing a club. Some what.
I attended a Christmas party last night. We were escorted to our private VIP area after the party’s start time and were not allowed to play until 30 minutes after our allotted and paid for time. The fun starts here..there were no instructions or guidance whatsoever. From this point things only got worse. There was not a server to be found for about every 15-20 minutes.
