I joined waitlist and it stated 25 minutes. I walked inside and made sure it went through and the gentleman said I had 25 minutes till the bay was ready. Politely said that is fine I’ll come back in. Waited 30 minutes and walked in and asked “I know the waitlist can change but I didn’t know if I needed to stay inside or will I receive a text.” He then proceeds to tell me that I have another 45 minutes to wait???? Then he says I didn’t mean to say that you only had a 25 minute wait the first time. Sounds about right. Even showed below photo and said I know it’s a range but how did it jump from 25 minites, waited and then goes to another 45 minutes.

Ordered food to go. They brought the food out on a plate instead.The lady behind the counter informed them that it was to go so he said he would box it up. The guy went back in the kitchen for a long time and finally came out to say they don’t do to go orders. They handed us a box to box up cold food very disappointed.

Friends and myself played 2 hrs of top golf.We had a good time. Afterwards we decided to sit at the bar to place one drink order and we waited a total of 15 minutes before realizing no one was going to make the drinks we had ordered. A total of 3 bartenders never acknowledged us and acted as if we were not sitting there. We slowly got up to leave, one of us tried to get their attention but again no acknowledgement. All four of us got up from the barstools and never did any of the bartenders acknowledged us.Absolutely ridiculous. This review was poor because of the lack of service at the bar.

First time at Topgolf and it did not disappoint. We are not golfers but the games made the whole thing fun. Angry Birds was our favorite since our skill level was so low, we were happy just to hit the ball more or less straight. Definitely a place we will be back to

This place doesn't have an accurate time of wait on it. I called and was told a 15 minute wait. When I get here it's a 3 to 4 hour wait.

First time here: Symone, Cody and Sam gave my friends and I THE BEST experience. We had one bay then moved to a different one bc ours was reserved after us. Have patience and enjoy your time here. If you need something, let them know, don’t be rude and give them time to do their thing.
We can hear with my family and when we arrived we had gotten a table with high chairs. we had my disabled daughter and asked for the couch seating. They were able to move us and I have to applaud the staff for being so understanding and accommodating. That seriously made our night.

The waitress took drink order and brought the brink back in a timely manner. She left and no one came back after that. After 10 minutes decided to pay for drink at the bar and the same waitress was just standing in the corner. Not a good look at all.

Very cool experience !!! Brings golf to a whole new light. LOUD MUSIC , GREAT COCKTAILS , AWESOME STAFF AND DELICIOUS FOOD !!! Had a birthday party here rented 2 bays and yes between the Bays, the Food , and the Drinks it was pretty pricey, but to have had the experience was totally worth it !!! We had a blast, even was assigned our own personal" manager " basically, a concierge !!! Thank you Topgolf for making my buddies birthday a memorable one!!!
