The consistency & quality of food & drinks has definitely declined. Also, serving hot food in toxic black plastic containers is not only extremely unhealthy, it cheapened the whole dining experience. Disappointed.
Had a great lunch today at Debris! Interesting & delicious lavender cocktail. Food was an amazing Cochon Po’Boy sandwich and the best beans & rice I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Emily took good care of us! She was so friendly and full of local information. Great visit to Mobile!
Had a fantastic lunch at Debris. The Seared Tuna from the second shift section of the menu was the perfect size and price point for a light lunch. The tuna was perfectly seared and on a bed of fresh spring mix. The Cusabi (wasabi and cucumber) sauce was my delicious. I love everything about Debris, including the wonderful staff!
