I ordered the oxtails and chicken curry.. both of which were fantastic! The food was steaming hot and fresh right after they opened. The meat was so tender and the portions are heaping. The cornbread was soooo good, I'll definitely be coming back!
Mrs. Vivia is a very kind, warm person and her food is amazing. It's been a hot minute since I last had a bite to eat here (and I'm kicking myself for that) but they always remembered me when I came in years ago and I really appreciated that. I always remember my first time there and she was walking me through the menu and I was like "I just don't really like goat." "Well, you haven't had my goat!" She was right. Her goat curry is delicious....
This was soo delicious! I ordered the lunch portion of the brown stew chicken and it was so tender and flavorful! The ladies at the counter took my order quickly and the food was out within minutes! It was hot and you can tell it was cooked that day! I tried to opt out of getting the cornbread but I’m so happy I did! It was legit the best cornbread I’ve ever had in my life! And there was actual corn in it?! I’ve never seen that before. The plate was only about 8 dollars...
