Everything we got was so yummy. My husband got the nachos and he really enjoyed it, he said they were one of the best nachos he has had. They’re not your traditional nachos with the cheese sauce but they are very yummy. I got the Italian panini on focaccia and it was very yummy only thing I would of wanted different would of been pesto on it but overall it was very yummy and we will definitely be back to try other stuff!! Service was really great. Lady with short auburn hair was super nice and helpful!

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato basil soup to go. Get back to the office...it was not grilled/absolutely no color on the bread. It was a cheese sandwich. Terrible. How does this even happen. I sure wish I could leave a pic.

We had a party of 6. They had one server/bartender the entire time we were there during lunch hours. 2 people ordered shrimp and grits. It came out cold and did not taste good. I had a the Italian pizza. It tastes like a frozen pizza. One person ordered a salad with goat cheese. They poured some type of salty seasoning all over it and she could not eat it. No one got a drink refill. When the manager finally appeared she avoided our table. The server did comp everyone 10% but seemed irritated that we were not pleased with our food. We will never return. 0 out of 10!

We stopped in after a long drive for a bit to eat. We had read several reviews and picked Joe Cains as the place to try. The menu looked good but we realized we weren't as hungry as we thought so we decided to share nachos. Nachos came out as a single layer on a pizza tray. They were loaded! Every single chip had all listed ingredients. We'll probably go back and give some of the other menu items a try.
Parking: Restaurant is downtown so parking is at a premium.

Food was really good but the service by the young lady working there was above and beyond. I believe her name was Cecilia. She was working a crowded room and tending bar alone and we never had to wait on anything.

All I can say is how do you mess up pizza its so easy to make. The pepperoni had no flavor the sausage barely had flavor and the rest of the pizza barely tasted like anything you can't even tell there was cheese on it it tasted like somebody who was drunk made it. Even though that's not an excuse worst pizza I've ever had. Not to mention my daughter order the chicken parmesan I got food poisoning from it. I highly Do NOT recommend this place

Ate here 2 times during MEGA convention. Never felt rushed to eat in a hurry to get others in and out. I ate the lettuce shrimp wraps both times.
