They always have a fabulous selection of flavors, toppings, and sauces. I especially love the watermelon and cookies & cream 🍉 Been coming here for years because it's always a crowd pleaser for our big extended family, even the picky eaters. Also, love that there's a rewards system for frequent customers.
They are always courteous to their guests.. very welcoming..
No samples. How am I supposed to know if I want a certain flavor if I have no clue what it tastes like. Absolute joke. Walked in and walked right back out.
Always a pleasure. Clean and well maintained, staff is courteous and friendly. If you don’t know what to try the dole whipped yogurt is amazing.

I know why it’s called Kraze now. $6 for an ice cream cone is KRAZY!!! Then expect a tip when I had to make it myself!

You are not allowed to sample the flavors anymore. The workers do not encourage the customers to sanitize their hands or wear the provided gloves before preparing their food. There was a hair in my food (pineapple topping).
