Customer service is lacking. No ice for drinks. Requested & paid for cheese to be added on burgers, no cheese & burgers were not hot. Fries must have been cooked in old grease & they were extra greasy & cold. Very disappointed in the whole experience. I don’t eat junk very often, but when I do I expect it to be at least a quality junk food. 🤮🤮🤮
