I visited Virginia Health Food Store today to get ingredients for elderberry syrup for my daughter, who was diagnosed with COVID-19 earlier this week and is still symptomatic. Out of respect and precaution, both my daughter and I wore medical-grade masks. Upon entering, I immediately informed the associate helping us that my daughter was contagious so she could make an informed decision about distancing or wearing a mask. My absolute favorite place to be! They have an excellent selection of herbs and supplements. They even carry some local brands like local honey, local skin & body care, and local candles. The prices are perfect and the staff is great!!! The Cafe is the best as well!!!
