Waited over 20 minutes for a few regular Krystal’s and fries. Kids were very hard to calm down just sitting and waiting. There was no line so no reason for me to wait.

Stopped by Krystal earlier today and had a WONDERFUL experience! It was very clean and staff was super nice! Spoke to the manager I believe labrittany I believe is her name (sorry if not spelled correctly!) and she was sooo sweet

During a recent road trip back home, we stumbled upon this gem in Alabama and it completely exceeded our expectations. After 10 hours on the road, we were thrilled to find a spot offering such tasty comfort food at any hour.
The staff was welcoming and quick, even during the late hours, and the food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the iconic Chillie cheese pups and we had to get the fries with chillie as well a their legendary spicy chic sandwiches so much that we made it a point to stop by again on our way back. Consistency is key when you’re traveling, and this location nailed it!
If you’re ever passing through and need a reliable spot for a meal, this Krystal’s is absolutely worth a visit. Open 24/7 and serving up flavorful food with great service—what more could a road tripper ask for?
