Sat in the drive thru for about 5min and no one took my order. Drove around to the window and watched a male employee drop a bun on the floor, look at it, pick it up, and put it on the grill. Gross! There was no one in line and I see why! 2/18/24 @ 5:45

They were extremely slow getting our food. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I ask them to turn it down & they said they couldn't. Only corporate could. I won't be back.

This place has a one star on yelp apparently, and that’s what I’m leaving them here, only cuz I can’t leave anything lower, out of the buns for the pups, but don’t tell you that until they have you pulled up waiting, had them replace with corn dogs I get the bag with no ketchup or mustard they say they’re out, I get back to my job I drink my sprite, it’s just plain carbonated water. Place should be bulldozed, don’t go here unless you want a messed up order.

I normally don’t do reviews but I’m mad about my food being cold after having to pull up in wait on it the wings the burgers and the fries were cold the service was terrible the lady was on the phone the whole time trying to take my order with a bad attitude. I can’t get jiggy with this

Spent $80 on the app. Got to location, staff hadn't even checked the orders coming in. Then sat in dining area for 20 minutes while every employee was taking selfies. Then got our order and was told they were out of ketchup entirely. Really bad. Aweful honestly. Sad Really.
The burgers here were nasty and looked burnt. Took them back insude The lady working said they are fresh. It was like chewing rubber . Not going

I want my money back because I had to throw it all away. 4 cheese Krystal's. The bread was gross, wet and brown and looked old. Cheese thrown on in pieces and not melted. Totally not edible. I was not given a receipt. There was no one in the restaurant or the drive thru so they were not busy and there was no reason to receive such disgusting food. Will never be back.

I got the double cheese Krystal's. They were awful. The meat was so gray that my buns were soggy with a nasty gray color soaked on then. It was disgusting. This is not the first time I've had bad food from here. I gave them several chances.

Good Morning,I stopped by your Dauphin Street location in Mobile, AL this morning to get 2 Sunrisers. I opened my bag and thought I got the wrong order because my food was wrapped in a package instead of in a white casing. Once I pulled over in the parking lot, I opened the package and realized it was a flattened, hard, and a greasy wrapped sunrise. It looks like the sandwich was made, flattened, wrapped, and heated up. I have never received a sandwich like this. I just wanted you to know what kind of service you're handing out and it is disappointing, to say the least. I will not return.
