I have eaten at Loda Bier Garten many times and spent much money with them. I always get the dirty bird fried chicken sandwich but tonight 3/26/26 something had changed with the sandwich. I had talked to Madison server 1273. And stated that it was really salty. Ordered and waited at least 40 minutes before telling our server to cancel our order (2 salads and one sandwich) because we needed to leave and make a show on time. The Assistant Manager refused to listen and continued to be argumentative even stating we were trying to “stick” him when we literally left cash for food we never received. Paid $60 total for a water, sweet tea, Diet Coke, & an insult. We’ll find better service elsewhere.
Great service friendly staff and our pretzel was better than what we just had in Germany a few weeks ago. If they have the pumpkin ale, get you a glass!

Everything was exceptional, from being greeted the moment you walked in to great beer suggestions and amazing service. The food was excellent as well. The bartender was amazing and super helpful.
