Marco's used to have great pizza, was our favorite in fact!BUT tonight was completely unacceptable!The crust wasn't risen, still doughy on the bottom, very skimpy on cheese, the veggies were raw as if added as an afterthought, looks like it was rushed, taken out early, and arrived cold.It was delivered through Doordash which if we had of know prior we wouldn't have ordered to begin with.Very disappointing, and when calling customer service no managers were available and no one else had the knowledge/ability to handle anything.

The pizza they sent out was wrong -all incorrect ingredients. We got a replacement credit for our next order. The replacement pizza was also all wrong -wrong size, all wrong ingredients. When called, they said they "can't give out free food." We're not asking for freebies- we never got what we paid for. I get being wary of fraud, but your accuracy is awful if you mess up replacements for previous mistakes.

My wife ordered 1 large pizza for pickup. We were told pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. Ordered at 630pm and I arrived at the drive thru pickup window at 657pm. I watched as 2 young men and 1 young lady working inside look at me and never opened the window or acknowledged I was there. At 715, I parked and walked in and told the young lady my name and she checked and told me my pizza had not been started. I told her we were told 7 pm pickup and she just said yea. This is the 2nd time I have had poor customer service at Marco’s Dawes road location. The workers seemed almost too incompetent to understand they need to address this and went on business as usual. There were 2 people preparing pizzas and 3 standing at behind the counter doing nothing to expedite any orders. This service reminds me of the Lil Caesar’s poor service. I do not recommend this restaurant to anymore. It’s a shame because this was one of my favorite places in West Mobile.

Thank you for your amazing response.Customer service at ITS WORSTI go into this location to see if I can just have the order that I did not receive last night re-order and just picked up tonight. The lady approaches me I pacifically let her know what I want to do for some reason she’s not following me along, I say to her no ma’am that’s not what I want to do, the phone rings she answers the phone and which she should’ve put that Customer on hold to finish the customer she has as they treated me last night when I called and was placed on hold twice after I did not receive an order place after 1 1/2 she carries on a conversation goes so far as to getting pan and paper to write information down. Finishes the phone call up , walks away doesn’t say anything to go get a pizza box boxes of pizza up, then turns around and continue making dough never saying to me, please give me a minute nothing just goes back to what she was doing before I walked in. I was of course outrage and disappointed. In the kind of treatment I received last night and then again today not to mention Marco‘s pizza still has a pending charge for an order that we never received, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my lifetime. I have called corporate office and left a message. I have called the location on Dawes Road.

I had to sit and wait for my food to be remade because they gave my order away. I sat there for 45 minutes. When I finally got home it was wrong.
