This location is ran by a fantastic guy, IDK how long he's operated it but he's absolutely terrific! He has gone above and beyond to provide friendly customer service, and timely & efficient order handling! (He has even helped me with car troubles lol) He has a great sense of humor, and compassion for others. Love this location!
Ordered a pizza on about an hour and a half ago and it hasn’t arrived yet. Called 4 times to check on it and they didn’t answer. I gave up.

Marco's Pizza is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have had positive experiences, praising the restaurant's aroma, culinary delights, and wide range of toppings. The staff takes pride in their craft, and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. Recently, customers have noted improvements, especially with the new general manager, Cassandra, who has been described as very friendly and professional. She has made an effort to ensure great service, even when it was nearing closing time. However, there are still mentions of negative experiences, such as poor customer service and incorrect orders in the past. Despite these issues, many visitors are now finding satisfaction, with one customer stating that their meal was absolutely perfect and that they look forward to returning for special occasions. Overall, Marco's Pizza shows potential to excel, especially with its dedicated staff, but it needs to maintain consistency in service to fully meet customer expectations.
