Was told "we aren't serving ice cream this evening" to pull around and see the employee sucking down a shake on their phone at the window. When I ask them 'how they are not serving ice cream if you're drinking a shake?' Looked me dead in my eye and said 'it wasn't a shake'.Just take ice cream off your menu!Cannot make up how much of a joke this establishment is

Well, 5:20am and the dining area is not open. The doors are locked and after knocking and trying to open nobody cared to come open up. Hours are posted on the door. Open, drive-thru was working. Drove around to the window and was ignored intentionally because they knew I wanted inside to sit down and eat with my wife. Were looking aggressively at me. I drove away. What a shame our country has become and just because, SMH if some people want to run it however they want and along with other comments posted turn off lights to appear closed is a disgrace to McDonald's corporation and they should be shuttered for bad employees and management. What a complete disgrace. Most McDonald's I won't bother even stepping inside today because they are so unclean and overpriced and who knows who is touching what and then your food prep. I will never, ever return here. This is a gleaming example of the downfall of a once great nation not too long ago.

Got off of work at 10:00 cuz I work at Lowe's right next to McDonald's right here trying to get something quick to eat before I head home they close at 11:00 and I got off at 10:00 went to the drive-thru the automated message does his thing for the app and no one doesn't even answer at all but there's people inside but no one doesn't answer and all the lights are turned off on the outside to make it seem like they're closed but they're not closed It won't be coming back again I'll just go to cookout when I get off of work
They didn’t give us 4 hash browns we told them about it. They said they were in the bottom of the bag. We looked again and said they wasn’t. They told us to pull up we did and sat and waited for 20 minutes then we had to go back inside to remind them. How unprofessional. ???

Bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and had to scrap off old slimmey Lettuce. Also received my big Mac sandwich and had nothing between the top two buns and two pieces of meat and little sauce Lettuce and pickle very poor quality.
