We had my husband Christmas Party there this year and last year ! Room and atmosphere was amazing . Only few issues one they should have not put the hot food out until 10-15 min before we ate . It sat under the lamps for an hour and the bread was so hard you couldn’t it (sliders ) We had an open bar and waited hour half to get a coke the bartender had ran out and asked her Beverage Manager to go get her some he told her they was out ! Went to the show to celebrate our 32nd Anniversary. I have 0 complaints on the show, it was hilarious. We literally had the best time and they also gifted us with a bottle of wine and acknowledged us to celebrate our occasion. The downsides were, the food definitely didn't match the menu at booking( totally different and disappointing) and we were promised pics with the cast which was "included in our price" and which was supposed to be posted on Facebook. Had a fabulous experience December 2023. We did the park and ride for our 🚢 cruise. 💙 we had a fog delay and the hotel was very accommodating.
