My son & I just visited New Orleans Seafood for the first the service was wonderful & the food was an OMG moment we will most definitely be back the owner are some awesome people... Thank you all very much

Neat and clean amongst the most Seafood place I have been to. It was a quick turn around. I went in the store and order a pick up. PoBoy I had was decent enough. Not the best I had but good enough!

Asked my oysters to be fried hard said he can't do that because he claimed he didn't want to burn it refused to fry it longer it wasn't seasoned and his attitude was horrible I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN my food was pretty but

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE HOSTILE! They do not want your money. They complain about customers going off on them, when really it’s them! I came today to get some food for my mom, then decided to get some extra for me. I greeted the man who came to the counter, he did not respond. I asked what’s the next size up. He said “you don’t have eyes? You can’t see?” I asked him what’s his problem? Then he threatened to call the police on me and I told him to do it and make sure you show the cameras! He didn’t call anyone, but his wife proceeds from the back and says the EXACT SAME THING!! And jumping up and down ready to fight me?!? I’m a new customer and was told about this place from my mom, who was eating here every day. All I asked was what’s the next size up and the hostile attitude was given. If you don’t like black people, why are you in their neighborhood serving things that are appeasing to them just to be dismissive and BEYOND disrespectful??! If they call the cops on any one that goes there, make sure ya’ll have them run the tapes. These are the type of people who use a “stand your ground” law to get away with murdering you.Look at the responses they give…

On 2/9/2024 I went to go give this place a try for the first time. I wanted my food to be hot so, I attempted to order. I told the cashier/ owner that I wanted the 2 piece catfish dinner and he says “Just say the number. It’s easier.” I let that slide. I then asked him, could he try my catfish extra crispy. He says “No”. I told him to cancel the entire order and I proceeded to leave. As I was leaving, he looks at another customer and say “They need to learn how to take the food the way the restaurant cooks it.” I looked at him and said I don’t have to take anything when I’m paying for it. His attitude is nasty and I felt that the statement made was inappropriate on some many levels. The job is to take care of the customers. Not the other way around! I don’t recommend going to this establishment. I want to Wemo’s and order a catfish dinner and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Do Not do business with this restaurant.
