Amazing food served in our friends home for a birthday celebration. My favorite part of the meal was the delicious risotto, but everything was delicious. I highly recommend this chef, food and service is top notch!

We recently had Chef Garrick come into our home for a private chef experience. It was truly amazing. We were able to experience fine dining in the comfort of our own space. Especially with Covid, I like to keep my circle tight and it is hard to get a table at a restaurant for a group (even a small group)! I highly recommend having Chef Garrick come into your home for your next birthday party, family gathering, Friendsgiving, Christmas, etc. It is the best of both worlds.

I love Nourish Cafe! It's my favorite lunch spot in downtown Mobile. The food is amazing and delicious and it always feels good knowing that I've done the right thing for my body and the planet. The tamale plate last week was yummy and the salad is my fave of all time. If the beet and carrot kombucha is ever an option, get you some! Same with the hummus and crepes and sorbet. BEST.LUNCH.EVER!

When I am looking for REAL food with a creative and modern touch I head to the Y to eat at Nourish Cafe! The food is delicious and made with whole ingredients that are healthful and nourishing. I love the fact that there is always something for everyone whether it be vegetarian, vegan, with lean meat etc. Thank you Garrick for preparing food that is real, convenient and affordable, to boot!

Nourish is conveniently located in downtown Mobile inside the Moorer YMCA. I love that you can place your order before your workout and then it's ready to go when you are done! Super convenient!!
Nourish is such a unique asset in downtown Mobile especially for one of the local YMCA’s! The chef brings new creative dishes to the menu each week and they are posted on the Facebook page so I can decide what I want before I leave the office. My favorite is the weekly salad with added protein like pork, chicken, or chicken salad ! Yum!

I just visited this coffee shop for the first time and it is awesome! They had wonderful and very personable service. The coffee was excellent and was made quickly. The prices were low, just over $3 for a 16 oz latte. The environment is perfect for getting some work done or for hanging out. They have tables to work at or a couch to kick back on.
