Food was ok. I had better from this location. But the drive-through was so slow. About 25min to order and get food. Then they made it seem like the speaker was damaged cause they really couldn't hear me an i couldn't hear them when ordering.

Just left there 4 cars inline and them hos didn’t have the decency to at least lie and say they out of chicken. They just let ppl sit in line for nothing. I’m calling corporate, they close at 11, but not tonight, try 10pm on a holiday weekend. Sorry af.

Deceptive restaurant, on the Internet they give the closing time at 11 pm, I ordered a sandwich (really bad) at 8 pm and the owner kicked me out, telling me they were closing.
Don't go there at all, it's scary.
Finally, as I was leaving the place, the owner asked me for money. I thought he was going to rob me.

Ordered 3 piece dark with Mac and cheese. Added a side of beans and rice. When got order, 2 pieces of breast 1 leg. Mac and cheese was dark brown on top were it set in warmer to long. Took ate leg and looked at other pieces. It was so small and reading so heavy I couldn't tell what piece it was so pulled a piece off with my fingers. Seen it a breast took to counter. Told woman. Her exact words were why did you take a bite of it. I said I didn't I pulled a piece off to see if it was thigh or breast. Then she said I can't resell because it's already eaten. Omg do these people resell food that comes back on wrong orders. I don't know if I ever want to go to any popeyes again if that's the company policies. That's just so nasty
Soooo. Super hungry. Slid down to this location and sat in line a lil' minute (which was to be expected because it's downtown on a Friday night). The line was pretty long and when I finally got up there to order..the young woman taking my order did NOT have an attitude 🤌🏾. I know you're probably thinking "That's standard customer service" but how many fast food places actually meet that standard? I'll wait..On top of that I had to make a last minute order change (my man child wanted French fries and mashed potatoes..what sir?) And she was pleasant and accommodating. Food was "HOFAHFOH" hot and I was on my merry way. Popeyes: 1, McDonald's: -632. Eat your heart out.

Went at 7:30, close at 10. No spicy chicken, no mashed potatoes, no dirty rice. Chickened had no seasoning! It was absolutely awful! Time I visited before they were out of items! They need to just shutter the place if they can’t do their job!
