I hired Port City Preps to cater my daughter's wedding this past Saturday. For a dad, making everything perfect for your daughter's wedding is as important as it gets. These folks nailed EVERY aspect of it. The food was beautifully displayed, the serving team was great, everything was delicious, and they paid attention to every detail.
