Worst experience ever!! (hence the Keypoint system listed below)
- unexperienced bartenders; didn't even know the ingredients in the seasonal winter cocktail
- inattentive/overbearing staff; bartender hovered with phone in hand as if his life depended on it, then another proceeded to notice us 10-15 later (whilst guy was next to her still on his phone) to ask us if we have been served. Keep in mind, this is before 6pm and only about 6 patrons in the building
