Ruby Tuesday offers good service and tasty food, with friendly and attentive staff. Customers enjoy the New York strip with grilled shrimp and the welcoming atmosphere. Servers are professional and work hard to make sure guests have a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is known for its great service and delicious meals, making it one of the better Ruby Tuesday locations.
However, some issues have been noted. The bathrooms could be kept cleaner. The salad bar often looks decimated and not very clean, and there is a need for healthier salad dressings. Several customers experienced their meals not being cooked as requested; for example, a steak ordered medium rare was served rare, and it was difficult to get it cooked properly. The scallops were described as rubbery and lacking flavor apart from Cajun spice. Mushrooms on the salad bar were mostly black and slimy, and there was no meat available on the salad bar during one visit. The lobster soup was out of stock, and the overall cleanliness in sitting areas was not up to standards. Despite these issues, the staff, including servers like Sekerr, provided good service. Due to these experiences, some customers are hesitant to return to this location.
