Ordered a coffee crema and immediately noticed the crema part wasn’t at the top. Asked the worker if I was able to get the crema on top because I normally like to sip my coffee crema like a Starbucks cold foam drink w/o a straw. One worker stated, “Well you’ll just mix the drink anyways.” And we stated that we like to sip on coffee with the crema on top and not mixed with a straw, still didn’t offer to fix it. A girl came out from the back and stated, “if I added more crema on top, it will change the taste of the drink.” Another worker also stated the new batch of crema that they made, the crema will sink down to the bottom and won’t stay at the top. They just gave me multiple excuses and didn’t offer to fix the drink or offer to replace the drink with a different one. I come here all the time just because it’s the closest Sharetea to MS, but I really did not like the customer service I received today.

I was here today on July 15, I came in 20 minutes before they closed, ordered my drink and they were out of boba pearls. I am a regular customer here and it is so odd to me why they are always out of the tapioca pearls at 8 when they close at 9. As I was waiting for my drink, I hear the lady telling customers to leave because they were closing, it is very unprofessional to kick your customers out in such a rude manner. I finally got my drink and I said thank you to the server and she rolled her eyes and walked away. On the other hand the drinks were good, hopefully she didn’t spit in it.

The tea is good, but particularly expensive compared to other places. I was not acknowledged at all and there was only one register open, which I was not told until at least ten minutes after I got there. I wasn't sure because there was no one at either register, they were standing behind the counter chatting.

Friendly staff and good drinks. I got a taro bubble tea, half ice, half sweet, and it's perfect. My aunt got an iced coffee drink, and it tastes like when you chew those chocolate covered coffee beans without the chocolate. Delicious!

I’m giving a 1star because I cannot give a “zero” star. I came in today and ordered a taro milk tea, which is not my first time trying this beverage here. The tea was not to my liking. It was bitter and grey. I asked for a different drink and was told that they don’t do remakes. They were not friendly or welcoming and did not want to make it right. They offered to add sweetener to a drink that I did not like. They took a long time to add the sweetener and stared at me, making sure I knew that they were displeased because I was displeased. Don’t expect good customer service on revisions or even good tasting drink, obviously.

This place is so amazing! the inside is adorable and smells so nice and i ordered the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly (reg ice, 100% sweet) it was amazing! My mom also got something and she’s in LOVE!! my dad tried it too and he loves it. Such a good place!! DO RECOMMEND!! ?
