We walked in and the staff turned off the music and gave us blank open mouth stares. We ordered and it took forever for our drinks to be prepared while the staff talked and looked at their phones. When we got our order one of the drinks was wrong. I would have asked them to remake it but I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes.

I wasn’t very hungry at lunch so I decided to try Sharetea. I’m not a tea connoisseur per se but I definitely like to try it when I can.
I went inside and it had a kiosk type of thing that allowed you to make your order. Flipping through the menu I decided on Classis Pearl Oolong Milk Tea. What I like about ordering, is that you can choose your sweetness level. I chose 80% sweetness. You can choose up to 120%. I also ordered Pork and Shrimp Egg Rolls.
My drink was ready first so I sat a little bit and waited for my egg rolls. The staff was very helpful. I asked for some sauce for my egg rolls and one of the staff went next door to get a little cup for the sauce.
The tea was really good. I have some oolong tea at my house that I like. Their tea was sweetened to perfection. The 80% was very accurate to my tastes. The order of egg rolls were 2 very warm and crispy egg rolls. They seemed to be very well made. I can recommend the tea and the egg rolls.

I come here a few times a week during my work break. Every drink I've tried is delicious but I keep coming back to this one 🤤 the workers are always kind and respectful and the shop is a cute vibe all around. I have not a single complaint :)

Ordered a coffee crema and immediately noticed the crema part wasn’t at the top. Asked the worker if I was able to get the crema on top because I normally like to sip my coffee crema like a Starbucks cold foam drink w/o a straw. One worker stated, “Well you’ll just mix the drink anyways.” And we stated that we like to sip on coffee with the crema on top and not mixed with a straw, still didn’t offer to fix it. A girl came out from the back and stated, “if I added more crema on top, it will change the taste of the drink.” Another worker also stated the new batch of crema that they made, the crema will sink down to the bottom and won’t stay at the top. They just gave me multiple excuses and didn’t offer to fix the drink or offer to replace the drink with a different one. I come here all the time just because it’s the closest Sharetea to MS, but I really did not like the customer service I received today.

I was here today on July 15, I came in 20 minutes before they closed, ordered my drink and they were out of boba pearls. I am a regular customer here and it is so odd to me why they are always out of the tapioca pearls at 8 when they close at 9. As I was waiting for my drink, I hear the lady telling customers to leave because they were closing, it is very unprofessional to kick your customers out in such a rude manner. I finally got my drink and I said thank you to the server and she rolled her eyes and walked away. On the other hand the drinks were good, hopefully she didn’t spit in it.

I was not acknowledged at all and there was only one register open, which I was not told until at least ten minutes after I got there. I wasn't sure because there was no one at either register, they were standing behind the counter chatting.
