Always great service
I came to this smoothie king on 2/24/24 on my way home from work as I live an hour away. I had a coupon that wasn't working through the app so they told me to pull up to the window. I handed them my card and pulled up the coupon to be scanned. After a few moments, I was handed the receipt for $13 and some change that I was told was the order total. the next day upon viewing my bank statement I see a charge for the $13 and another for $22.83 which has a date for the next day. This location is always rude and gets my order wrong because I asked for Styrofoam every time but then they wanna argue when I get to the window over a cup I always ask for Styrofoam! It is not good customer service when you have the employees arguing with you about something that you know you said and they wanna tell you that you didn’t say it! There is only one lady at the window that I like and she is not there today!
