I am so done with going to this Smoothie King. Every time my husband and I visit Dauphin Street, the Smoothie is either perfect or watered down. When they rush, it is watered down, but when we have waited a few minutes, they are perfect. This trip My husband got a large pineapple Surf & I got a small blue berry, strawberry Actovator with some additives. The Large was perfect. The small tasted like melted water with a fruit residue. It wasn't even cold. Plus, we only went to dauphin Street after leaving Airport Smoothie King because they were out of almond butter & peanut butter. I perfect to go to Airport at the Loop. Plus, tell me why the young lady at the drive-through when my husband was handing her cash and was telling her that he had change and went to reach for the change, because she didn't give us the total until we got to the drive through window. She didn't listen tendered it while he was holding his hand out with the change and tried to hand him change. He wanted to give her the chance to get a full dollar amount back. Didn't have bananas for the smoothie bowl at 9am and the bowl was frozen solid at the bottom.

Every-time I come I am always pleased Rosie makes my smoothie the best!! And all the team members are friendly and courteous. seriously my favorite smoothie place I would definitely recommend that you come check them out you won’t regret it.

The customer service was very poor. They treated me with disrespect and were talking about me. I tried to scan the QR code and a lady came to me saying I wasn’t allowed to take pictures without permission. Uhh if you don’t want it to look like we are taking a picture then change the placement of the QR code. Anyways. I ordered an espresso hulk and went to taste it it tasted like banana. Highly disappointed in my first visit there and wish I could get my money back. The girl at the window talked bad about me as I was pulling off

First time at smoothie king asked for suggestions this lady later found her name was Anita I told her I wanted something Kindsa sweet maybe Strawberries and or with banana she suggested the Caribbean Way and i wasn't disappointed the entire was friendly Ms.Anita told me see if I like it before I pulled off it was delicious it was a great experience at tgus location her and her team provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!!!! I'll definitely be bavk.
