Pumpkin Smoothie with Expresso not good at all. Tastes bland, could have used some cinnamon, allspice, or pumpkin pie spice. I think I am going to stick to my tried and true High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie instead.

Our experience at this small Smoothie King boutique was simply a wonderful experience and left a smile on our faces. Anita, Anita, Anita, thank you so much!! She noticed my young one in the car seat, and poured him a small sippy cup! As always, the smoothies were great but the lasting effect of one small good interaction set up the night for me. The service here is slow and rude. If there are more than two cars in line get ready to wait 15 minuets for a smoothie. Not sure how they stay in business. Oh and did I mention sooooooo rude?!

I’m giving them a one because it’s the lowest I can go. The service was very terrible. The young team leader Lashonda had a very bad attitude because they were out more than one item and even after placing my order and sitting another 10 min they came back and stated they were out of the items they even suggested to me. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. Team leaders or whomever in charge should be fully trained to be prepared for any situation. I also was told I couldn’t receive a refund I can get the fruit they had or come back tom. Not to mention they took the receipt where I paid for item back and didn’t return it after I asked for a managers name definitely won’t return. And I was in the line waiting for over 30 mins with 2 cars ahead of me
