Great place and it’s everything was delicious but very rude customer service. Doesn’t seem she likes working here. Will half answer your questions and expects you to know everything on your first visit here.

Great ice cream had to go to a new location no longer on hillcrest. Its combined with another food spot so I would recommend just getting it to-go instead of dinning in when they are serving food. I had the Stawberry Cheesecake rolled up ice cream🍨 Around $7

The food is absolutely amazing. Just got white rice with jalapeño sweet onion and crab stick with spicy tuna and extra protein also spicy aïoli and Sweet chili gochujang My daughter got a nice ice cream, gummy bears cotton candy with cupcake chocolate super amazing

Went in today with my family and while we were waiting for our ice cream a roach crawled across the counter and went down a crack near wear they were getting ready to roll the ice cream. We decided we didn’t want ice cream that bad.

Actually referring to the donut shop next door. I'm pretty sure all three businesses are affiliated. The very best chocolate creme filled donuts in the world... Seriously. Also they have very good breakfast sandwiches . Their baked goods are second to none.

Don’t get wrong this place is good, BUT the service is TERRIBLE. They are ALWAYS understaffed and ALWAYS a long wait time. They only have 1 employee working at a time most days, you’re lucky if there’s 2. Imagine one person making 10 rolled ice creams ahead of your order…. That one person also works the other side that makes the poke bowls. ONE PERSON NO EXAGGERATION. It’s ridiculous. Wish the wait time wasn’t so bad for ice cream and snow cones.

The ice cream was amazing. The prices were reasonably. The establishment was very clean. The only thing we was unhappy about was the customer service. When Caucasian customer orders was ready the cashiers brought the food to their table directly however with us African Americans and other black customer as well when order was ready the call us to pick up our own order. Sadly that may be the reason we won't be returning.

Loveddddd the food and options but the manger is a lil sour cause she be tired and she kinda made the experience a lil dry but I still come back often cause it taste sooooo Good and there lots of different things to try

Went in for ice cream no greeting no acknowledgment . Stood around for 20 minutes still no acknowledgment we left because we didn’t get to order !!!
