If I didn't like Sonic overall, the stars would be lower. The main thing is that someone needs to change that old grease. It ruins the food. When I order ahead on the app at the Springhill location, I will get there, and they will start making my food. That's not even during the lunch rush. Also, half their screens never work. I have to back up and switch stalls to the point I just left one day. Not all, but the majority of the people who come out to bring you the food...

Took them 10 mins for 4 drinks. But this 10 mins was just to come tell us they were out of lemonade. It took an additional 9 mins to actually get the 3 sodas and a fruit punch to us. Workers were just milling around (in and out the door) not doing anything.
