I like the fact that I can do my order online but it was aggregating that I STILL had to wait for my order to be prepared when I specifically put what time that I was picking up the order.

Pulled up to a stall at 5:50pm with an online order was told at 6:05 drive through only I have now been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes at the speaker waiting for assistance, finally get to the window to see a bag with my name on it and waited another 10 at the window to be passed cold food once brung to the young ladies attention I was met wit attitude I do not recommend this location

I don't even give them a 1 star rating! I sat there, after I ordered, while 4 cars came up, made their orders, waited, received the orders and left. Finally, I pushed the button and told the lady to forget it, to which she answered, "forget what"? So, she convinced me to take my order by promising me that my burger and fries would be hot and fresh.......well, guess what?! Cold! Realized that nearly home when I thought i'd have a fry while stopped at a light. Well I pulled out a tot, (I didn't order tots) not only Cold, but there were only about 7 or 8 of them in the bag! Anybody wanna guess what else I learned when I got home? Right! The cheeseburger was not as ordered and nice and cold! It was busy for a Tuesday night but not that bad. I'm exhausted and this is an epidemic! Really, I can't think of any other fast food restaurant that could do any better! Sad, ain't it?

Ordered through the mobile app for the second time at this location while on my lunch break, waited almost 20 minutes at a stall for them to never come out, I pulled over to the drive-through & A young worker walked up to me at the drive-through speaker and says “if you would’ve waited a couple more minutes I was bringing it over to your car” & the food was cold on top of it. Will not recommend this Sonic again, terrible customer service, slow, & hardly any working stalls.

Ordered 5 corn dogs & 2 burgers & was only given one burger which wasn’t even the burger we ordered. I didn’t check my receipt at the time bc $15 seemed right for the two burgers I ordered & 5 corn dogs which were on sale 2 for .99. We were charged regular price for the corn dogs & only given one burger. The burger we did get only had about a tbsp of pork on it & two pickles. I called the manager to let her know & she didn’t seem to care. She did let me know that their sale prices are only given by mention, otherwise you pay full price for whatever you get. She seemed to hate her job, she was rude & when I stated that the deals are only given by mention thing was stupid she agreed. It was very unprofessional & I hate that we had experience at this Sonic considering I dine here at least once a week!

You definitely have to make sure you check your food when you go this Sonic. This ain't the first time this has happened to me and my wife. We ordered two of their new pulled pork cheeseburger burgers. And a few other things also. But when we got home to eat.We ended up with just one pulled pork sandwich with maybe a tablespoon of pulled pork on it. And then we called the store to tell them and the manager was a very rude and she did not care. Very unprofessional especially a manager of a Sonic.

Horrible, rude workers. Handed wrong food after a 15min wait then waited another 15min. One of the delievery hostess wasn’t watching where she was going I stoped in time then yelled at me. If you can’t or don’t have workers for night 5-12 don’t open those hours. One lady got a bag full of syrup. They didn’t apologize for anything either better off going to Waffle House.

Constantly slow service. I've been here 4 times and my order has been incorrect 3 of those times. Plus, the food is cold when you get it.My order was so screwed up today and I waited so long in the drive thru, that I just tossed it out the window in the parking lot. It just wasn't worth going back and trying to sort it out.I've never been to a Sonic before, so I can't compare it to other establishments. But, this one is not great, or even good.
