Firstly the transaction time is ridiculous! Usually places take the money immediately or put it on pending. In this case they took it the next morning when I didn't have it in my account and I didn't get to pay. Their milkshakes are great and their blt burger was great the fries not so much and it came with no sauces. And they got our order wrong anyways and we didn't order fries in the first place, we ordered two drinks.
My stepdaughter picked up my order and it was subpar. The french fries looked like they were a day old and were quite nasty. The cheese burger wasn't as good as usual either. The milkshake was excellent. Still can't believe they served those french fries ( yuck ) . Didn't say anything to my stepdaughter because she was so nice to pick up my order.
Been twice this month and nobody answered the drive thru, and people were inside. Their service has gone way way way down. Never ever going back. I will go to steak and shake. Cars were pulling in and leaving. No service but employees were inside. Terrible for Mobile.

The Big Deal Meal is tasty, but some feel it is not worth the price. The manager has been noted for going above and beyond to satisfy customers, which has encouraged some to return. One particular worker, Mitchell, received high praise for his polite and kind service, prompting some customers to plan return visits.
