This is the second time in the past month that I’ve come to this Sonic to order food, and once again we sat in the drive-thru for an extremely long time without ever being able to place an order. We finally had to leave.
This has to be one of the worst fast-food restaurants in Mobile when it comes to customer service and wait times. It shouldn’t take this long just to order, especially when customers aren’t even acknowledged.

They was rude kelsey didn’t know what slushies we order when we ask which drink is which the jailah girl was so rude when i brought my slushy back for the refund she was talking stuff in the blackground sayin we gone take what she give us I placed my order at 4:17 and left at 5:00
tried to get fast food after a long day. started by trying to use the touchscreen and nobody came to help. Then we went to the drive thru just for the menu’s lights to be off. A worker walked to the trash can watching tiktok with his pants sagging and completely ignored us. He took his precious time before telling us they were taking orders up front. We sat there and waited for 15 minutes watching the workers inside goof off and wipe random stuff down. yall outta be ashamed...read full review

The Big Deal Meal is tasty, but some feel it is not worth the price. The manager has been noted for going above and beyond to satisfy customers, which has encouraged some to return. One particular worker, Mitchell, received high praise for his polite and kind service, prompting some customers to plan return visits.
