I came to Soul Bowlz and was just about to be ripped off. I asked the cashier for a very simple order: a bowl of granola with bananas and honey. This item is not on the menu, so there was no expectation ahead of time of what the price would be.
She rang me up for a fruit bowl (which comes with three servings of fruit) at $4.99, then to add the granola and honey was $1.00 more each. This made my total out to be $7.96. I thought it was a bit pricey, but I was willing to patronize the establishment since I ordered outside of their typical menu. When my food was ready, I received this small bowl of the items I asked for, not even 2/3 of the way full (see photo). I would guess that there was no more than 1/4 cup of granola, one thinly sliced banana, and 2 tablespoons of honey in the entire bowl.
I kindly asked the cashier if it was possible to add more granola in order to fill the bowl because the item itself did not look like nearly $10 of food. She graciously said yes, but the staff member in the kitchen interrupted with a nasty attitude and said “We can’t do that! I already gave you double the amount of granola!” At that point, I asked for a full refund of my money, and the kitchen staff continued to tell me that she would not be adding any more granola to my bowl. I then reminded her that the item was not meeting my expectations, and that I had already asked for a refund (which she had been present for from behind the serving window).
Long story short, they would rather forfeit $8 than satisfy customers that pay a premium price for average, everyday ingredients.

It was amazing very good I got the meditate smoothie and my sister got a dream boul they where very good but I think bowls are more flipping so with just a smoothie I had to eat something at home there where couches for people to sit on wall waiting for there food heart survive great meal and great prices

Horrible service all 3 lady were very rude due to me receiving a horrible bowl fruits had mold a were mashed I will never give this company my money again. Needs better management

I ordered for pickup, and it was ready on time. My daughter went in to pick up, and she said they were very nice to her, so I should leave a review, lol. The smoothie and fruit bowl were both amazing. It's definitely the best smoothie I have ever had. The fruit was very fresh. My daughter loved it, too. 10/10. Will be back when I visit Mobile again.

Service didn't take as long as I've experienced in the past. The girl at the counter was nice but got a little too close to me when bringing my bowls to me. And as I was eating mine just now, I found a piece of plastic in mine. Won't be back for a minute unless there is something the store wants to work out. In the past, I've had a smoothie cup bust while I was driving. The cup cracked straight down and the smoothie spilled all over my truck; haven't gotten a smoothie since.

I come here pretty often, but the past few instances have been a bit of a disappointment. My hope is that this review can help to improve others’ overall experience. Lately the service has been painfully slow, I’m talking 30 minutes for a single bowl. It doesn’t really help when the staff seems to be a bit aimless, chit chatting, etc. What did me in this time was the fact that the bowl was watery and barely cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. I’ve really enjoyed the bowls from here, so my hope is that at least the service time improves, but I just can’t justify a 30 minute wait for it.
