I ordered for pickup, and it was ready on time. My daughter went in to pick up, and she said they were very nice to her, so I should leave a review, lol. The smoothie and fruit bowl were both amazing. It's definitely the best smoothie I have ever had. The fruit was very fresh. My daughter loved it, too. 10/10. Will be back when I visit Mobile again.
I come here pretty often, but the past few instances have been a bit of a disappointment. My hope is that this review can help to improve others’ overall experience. Lately the service has been painfully slow, I’m talking 30 minutes for a single bowl. It doesn’t really help when the staff seems to be a bit aimless, chit chatting, etc. What did me in this time was the fact that the bowl was watery and barely cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. I love the synergy as my go-to healthy lunch or snack option during the day. The fruit is Always fresh, my only complaint is that they are inconsistent with the ratio of granola. Sometimes there is hardly any, I started asking for extra but of course they charge for that.
