Closes at 3 not 5pm as advertised. Just had a decent walk to get here only to see it’s closed. Lame :/
This location is almost always out of a large portion of the menu.
This store wasn't open. The people in the Trustmark building said that it has not been open for a while.

The team here does such a good job and is always pleasant. With it being downtown there is usually a boom in the mornings and they seem to handle it well and get it all correct. Grateful for them and the location.

never had any issues with this Starbucks! gets busy when there's big events happening downtown, but doesn't any restaurant? pretty sure it started to mainly serve the Trustmark building so they're really not that big! doing great <3
Took almost an HOUR JUST for 2 drinks!! The worst starbucks ever!All the worker are so slow! Super slow!!
I come in here every other day... usually do mobile pick up. Today, I didn't have time and was already here so I ordered in the store. No one spoke, it took someone over a min to take my order. I usually a leave but as I stated I come in all the time. The girl who took my order also fixed my drink and filled my cup up half way. I wanted light whip she put a lot of whip on there and to top it off the drink was DISGUSTING! I've had them remake before but honestly I'll never shop at this Starbucks again !!!! Highly don't recommend. And the lady with the locs ALWAYS have an attitude
