I wouldn't know what the food tastes like because the girl at the drive-through was extremely rude, cut me off, wouldn't answer a simple question about what comes on a standard burger. Sorry, you lost a large order. We went down the road to Zaxbys instead and received much better service. Those people had common courtesy.

This place has seriously lost its edge. Food cold. Items missing on a combo, nothing fancy. Asking for the items ordered was ignored. Totally disappointed. Won't be back.
The server in the restaurant sat for 15 minutes before serving us, they served us raw food, and had the audacity to say don't came here if u can't tip? also the server was like fat and retarded and cussed at us because we didn't tip, she needs mental help and to learn how to do her job before she gets a tip.

Be careful using the ketchup bottles on the tables because they don't empty the bottles out they just add more to them and it sours! Blame that on night shift ??!
Waited forever for a to go order. The grill girl was talking about how she doesn’t get paid enough to do 3 jobs. I honestly don’t blame her. Maybe if you paid your workers a livable wage your dining room would be full like it was back in the day. Horrible service. Workers sitting at the bar and at booths just hanging out.

Everything was better here than chills but I don't agree with the waitress get only $2 an hour most people can't afford to pay $22 for two to eat and leave a nice tip it's not far to much is put on them and the lady that served us was all smiles and so sweet I wished I could had left her more than $4 $2 an hour is a slap in the face to deal with people n be nice at all she went out of her way to be so incredibly and how could I for get the onion rings was perfect but expensive $5 for what they call a large is a little much
I love eating here but not tonight. The service was horrible. It took 30 minutes for them to bring our shake and 45 minutes for the food. We barely got any fries and the burgers had very little sauce. The waiters were visiting with their friends and not waiting on tables. Horrible experience overall. So sad.
