The Indian woman from India had a rude as attitude when we walked in sometimes not having proper education will do that when your from the USA but you want people to come to your shitty restaurant to give you money learn respect
Please do not order from this location on DoorDash. This is what I got for $30! They did not put the regular amount of vegetables and meat on my 2 sandwiches and didn’t put any cheese on them either! The lady at the restaurant was very rude, yelling and argumentative, she didn’t even want to remake our sandwiches. She offered to put cheese on them only. We had to tell her to put the manager on speaker so we can talk to her and she acted like she didn’t want to do anything either until we threatened to call district manager. We will not be eating at subway anymore, it’s better to make your own sandwich at home!
I came here yesterday afternoon, Sunday 3/23/25, to pick up a footlong grilled chicken sandwich that I had ordered online. It wasn't the best experience. First of all, I felt that the customer service could have been better!! Plus, I ordered to have my bread toasted. After I got home, which is not too far away, to eat my sandwich, I noticed my sandwich including the grilled chicken was COLD!! So I ended up having to heat the sandwich myself in my oven. Normally when I order this sandwich from other Subway restaurants the sandwich is heated or warmed.
It's been awhile since I've been to this Subway on Cottage Hill Rd, however, I expected better. I'm so glad that I didn't include a tip with my purchase!!!

Our sandwiches were way too salty.
The problem is, subway stopped selling mozzarella. Both regular and fresh. Might be only going to firehouse from now on.

Poor experience. Employee didn't make online order correctly- gave me a 6inch when I ordered 12in. When I told her, she argued. I pointed it out on the receipt, she made another 6in incorrectly and gave back to me. I told her again and she made it incorrectly again. She put it in the bag and said "sorry" so I just gave up and left.

I had a 12in regular sub and footlong pretzel. Sub was subpar but okay and the pretzel was so hard and over cooked it was almost inedible. Also Soda machine was acting up. Used the bathroom to find the paper towel despenser in terrible condition, no toilet paper available and feces on the top lid of the trash can. Never eating here again. Terrible place

Overall a clean place. There's a bit of a language barrier though, due to the staff all being Indian. Either that or they are super quiet. Food is what I is, subway.

I will be honest with you. There was an Indian girl there. She had a language barrier problem. She did not put the right condiments on my sandwich as well. She wasn’t a friendliest either. That atmosphere wasn’t the best at all because they had a mopping bucket out with a wet floor. However, the biggest problem was the food. I really didn’t pay attention to the add-ons for the sandwich until I got further down towards the register. The tomatoes and lettuce and pickles were rotten and they needed some new prep. I think they are saving money at the customers cost and inconvenience. So if you’re looking for a subway to go to, please avoid this one until you find somewhere with clean food that is not riding and an individual that understands English enough to get your order, right. And I’m not the young girl it is just that you want to have the best treatment as possible if you’re paying for it.
