We placed an order online for pick up. Both of our 6 inch subs had hardly any meat or veggies. Neither sub was toasted like requested and the grilled chicken was so chewy. would not recommend eating here. The women working wasn't polite; so poor customer service as well.

The customer service is horrible. All of the toppings were made days ago, all of the vegetables or translucent and can be seen through and they are cutting meat and half charging for whole portions and on more than one occasion there were flies in the cheese.

I ordered a sandwich that is extra charge for more meat. I got less meat and the bare minimum for toppings. They have signage over the glass so you cant see them prepping your sub until you unwrap it at home. The restaurant was so warm that i wouldn't want to eat inside anyways. Probably so you cant complain about how crappy your sub is. I was never offered a receipt for my purchase, so i don't even know what i was charged for. but my total was close to $18, for one sandwich.

Please do not order from this location on DoorDash. This is what I got for $30! They did not put the regular amount of vegetables and meat on my 2 sandwiches and didn’t put any cheese on them either! The lady at the restaurant was very rude, yelling and argumentative, she didn’t even want to remake our sandwiches. She offered to put cheese on them only. We had to tell her to put the manager on speaker so we can talk to her and she acted like she didn’t want to do anything either until we threatened to call district manager. We will not be eating at subway anymore, it’s better to make your own sandwich at home!

I came here yesterday afternoon, Sunday 3/23/25, to pick up a footlong grilled chicken sandwich that I had ordered online. It wasn't the best experience. First of all, I felt that the customer service could have been better!! Plus, I ordered to have my bread toasted. After I got home, which is not too far away, to eat my sandwich, I noticed my sandwich including the grilled chicken was COLD!! So I ended up having to heat the sandwich myself in my oven. Normally when I order this sandwich from other Subway restaurants the sandwich is heated or warmed. It's been awhile since I've been to this Subway on Cottage Hill Rd, however, I expected better. I'm so glad that I didn't include a tip with my purchase!!! A tip was HIGHLY UNDESERVED!!!
The problem is, subway stopped selling mozzarella. Both regular and fresh. Might be only going to firehouse from now on.
