The only reason I put 2 stars for the food is because it's semi eatable how hard is it to ask what people want and then put what they say on a sandwich the younger black girl put jalapeños on my sandwich when I asked for pickles the pulled them off and picked up a hand full of the nastiest pickles they had covered in several different sauces and tried to put that handful on my sandwich I stopped her thank god needless to say we suffer through the rest of the sandwich and then she stabs my sandwich three times and says she cut it I said can you cut it and she says ya I'm left handed that's how I cut it I said no you didn't so she stabbed it three more times and said ya it's cut ... needless to say I ripped my sandwich in half when I got in the car

I had an online order placed.i gave 2 stars because 2 of the sandwiches were actually correct, but the one that was ordered directly from the menu “as is” the Outlaw was wrong, no cheese when there’s supposed to be 2x on this menu item. Wrong bread and not toasted. There was no ice and no carbonated water, the Dr Pepper was just syrup. The staff was rude when asked for assistance and never got it. I was just told “we’re out”. There are other stores nearby. I would avoid this one.

I made an online order I wanted to get something extra when picking it up at 10:03 the woman straight up said they were closed. Well sign and online says 11:00. I was going to even tip them but she was straight up rude. When I got home my husband's sandwich had no meatballs the sandwich was bread and a couple of pieces of meat alot of lettuce and nothing we asked for. Mine was a mess. I've never had these issues before with this Subway ?

Don't waste your time at this location..Cashiers are very rude..Their main concern is cleaning up and closing the store at 9:45 when business hours arr until 11pm..3rd time I've waste gas because of this..never returning

OWNER SUE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Avoid any franchise that she owns!!! Workers made my orders incorrect and instead of trying to fix the issue, she tried to avoid me, was EXTREMELY RUDE, REFUSED TO replace Sandwiches and accused me of lying!!!
